Requests for exchange must be made and despatched with order tracker within 7 days after receipt of the purchase. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
We do not return pre-sale boots. In purchases above 3 items we can not return all items, only change by numbering.
In exchanges with international destination, the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, and the products must be sent to the post office and the tracking code sent to our e-mail.( we do not return the product, only exchange.)
The exchange can be made by another product of another value. But the difference must be paid by the customer, or you can make it available in the form of credit [coupon] and so use it in a new purchase.
Parts will only be accepted if returned:
With CORCEL labels and seals intact and fixed to the product and invoice. When carrying out the return process, the customer must, on the back of the note to be returned, inform the reason for the refusal / exchange, the name of the person who is returning, and the date of the return.
The products must be in their original, undamaged packaging accompanied by a manual and all of their accessories, including, in particular, protective shoe boxes / bags, jewelery bags, plastic packaging and adhesives for guarantees and booklets;
The products can't be washed and / or show signs of use, such as odors, blemishes, grooves in the sole, in the case of shoes; or grooves in the case of costume jewelry and sewing settings.
All products received are subjected to an evaluation in order to determine if the return cheks with the requirements stipulated in this Policy and if CORCEL concludes that the returned product does not meet the criteria for an exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting return, or make exchange.
CORCEL can then resend the product to the client without prior consultation, along with the justification of the refusal.
After notifying us, you will receive the return procedure. Remembering that when the product reaches our industry, it will be subjected to analysis and this process of the return or exchange can take up to 15 working days.
